Too bad it's not possible to adjust settings when using the automated push to scan feature (only choose between B&W, grayscale, or color). Secretary also uses machine for scanning, in fact the SnapScan now sits abandoned. We only know the fax was sent successfully when the confirmation page prints out. *Every* other fax I know shows this status information. It would be nice to know that it's dialing or that the other machine picked up. One strange thing: I can't get the display to show status of a fax as it's being sent. Since her computer is on all the time, we aren't even using the network interface. On her computer we are sharing the fax and printer so that we are able to send faxes over the network as well as print duplex documents. We have it hooked up to the secretary's computer via USB. Overall Review: Not a bad machine for the small office.
